Slide & Connect
Begin by taking your individual Cilly Clips or CannyClips and sliding them together, one at a time.
Each clip is designed with interlocking ends that allow them to securely connect in a straight line.
Simply align the edges and slide them together until they click into place.
Continue adding clips until you’ve reached the length that suits your storage needs, whether that’s for a few tubes or a full row.
This modular design means you can build your storage system to fit any space, whether it's along a van panel, workshop wall, or under a shelf.

Position & Measure
With your Cilly Clips or CannyClips assembled, hold them in place to determine the best position for installation.
Choose a clean, flat, and solid surface such as a van panel, workshop wall, or the inside of a cupboard or shed.
Start by marking the position for the lower clips, ensuring they’re level and easily accessible.
Then, measure 185mm vertically from the centre of each lower clip to determine where the top clips should be placed — this is the ideal spacing for standard silicone tubes and most cans.
Alternatively, you can insert a silicone tube into the lower clips and use it as a visual guide to mark where the top clips will hold it securely.

Fix Into Place
Once you're happy with the positioning and spacing, it's time to fix both the lower and upper clips into place.
Use suitable screws or fixings for the surface you’re attaching to — for example, self-tapping screws for van panels or wood screws for timber.
If needed, drill pilot holes to prevent splitting or slipping, especially when working with harder materials.
Secure each clip firmly, ensuring they're straight and aligned. Once fixed, test by inserting a silicone tube or can to check for a snug fit and stable support.
You're now ready to start using your new clip system!
